1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 5bww website at 5bww.best, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with 5bww and confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every player who uses 5bww, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other interface we may make available in the future.

2 Eligibility

5bww reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on 5bww. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 5bww is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notifying 5bww immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via support@5bww.best.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 5bww are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 5bww supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 5bww account are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel used. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. 5bww does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take up to one banking day.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 5bww reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5bww offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated time period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your 5bww account at any time.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 5bww reserves the right to exclude specific players or payment methods from promotions at its discretion.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in disqualification from the promotion, cancellation of related winnings, and possible account suspension.
• Modifications: 5bww reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice where possible.

6 Betting and Game Rules

By placing a bet or wager on 5bww, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game or sporting event you are betting on. It is your responsibility to be familiar with all applicable game rules before placing a wager.

Bet settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with 5bww's official game rules and, in the case of sports betting, according to the official results from the relevant sporting body. 5bww's settlement decisions are final.

Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue during a game or bet placement, 5bww reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 5bww will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption and to handle such events fairly.

Minimum and maximum bets: All game categories on 5bww have minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits may change from time to time, and 5bww reserves the right to set individual bet limits for specific players at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 5bww. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 5bww.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with 5bww's platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating accounts to exploit welcome offers multiple times.
• Colluding with other players in games where such collusion would give an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 5bww for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing your 5bww account from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5bww staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with 5bww's platform infrastructure.

5bww monitors player activity and betting patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected funds may be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure

5bww reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false information during registration or identity verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conduct that is abusive or threatening toward 5bww staff or other players.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player after deduction of any outstanding obligations, subject to the outcome of any investigation. If fraud is confirmed, all funds may be forfeited.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting 5bww support at support@5bww.best. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5bww platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of 5bww or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 5bww platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from 5bww without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

5bww provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5bww shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from technical failures, system downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.

Nothing in these terms shall limit 5bww's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.
